Rich Olivier

Rich is a Master Machinist in Napa, California. He owns and operates TEM Machine Shop, a custom engine shop that has become well-known internationally. Rich is the founding lead mentor supporting his son in his quest of bringing a diverse FRC team to our community.

Leti Olivier

Leti is a partner at TEM Machine Shop and has been active in the non-profit sector for the past 16 years and shares her time with a local library. She has also returned to school to pursue her degree in Library and Information Science. Leti is the team's administrative mentor.
