Treasurer for Thirst Project
Thirst Project is an organization whose primary goal is to provide safe drinking water to communities around the world. As the treasurer of my high school’s club, I keep track of our finances, make sure we stay on budget, and help with fundraising.
Treasurer for Bring Change to Mind
My school’s Bring Change to Mind club is focused on reducing the stigma around mental health. Being treasurer of this club includes applying for grants, maintaining budgets, assisting in fundraising efforts, and detailing our overall finances.
Link Crew Leader
Through my high school, link crew gives upperclassmen the chance to work with and
help guide freshmen through their transition into high school. We host
activities, routinely check in on the freshmen, and give them any
assistance they may need.

This program was 2 weeks long, and each day was comprised of five, one hour long lectures by Stanford professors on different psychological and psychiatric topics. We also worked in small groups to create a capstone project, and at the end presented it to over eighty people.
